Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We regret to inform you that cancellation and refunds are not available against any order placed with Nirvana Fashion. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued.
Return and Exchange Policy:
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at thenirvanafashion@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product. All exchanges are subject to a quality check by our team and may be approved or declined based on the condition of the returned product. We reserve the right to not accept a return if the products are returned after use or are damaged.
If you have received a defective product, please share images with us at thenirvanafashion@gmail.com, and we will respond within 24 hours to assist you. Exchanges can only be made for the same product for a different size once. However, exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the desired size will be in stock. In case the size is unavailable, we will issue store credit valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Please note that articles purchased on any promotion/sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. In case of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of Store Credit.
Cash on Delivery Cancellation:
Orders received with Cash on Delivery payment option can be canceled under certain conditions, such as incomplete address details, unavailable COD services in specific locations, or exceeding dynamic upper value capping. Please note that Cash on Delivery services are subject to availability and specific terms and conditions.
